Guarantee & Cancellation Policy
- Check-in, check out time is 10 am, unless alternate timings are requested /specified.
- The room is held for 6 hrs post check-in time and then released, unless late arrival has been notified in the interim period.
- No show entails a retention equivalent to one night's room rent.
- Cancellations less than 24 hrs prior to check in entail a retention charge equivalent of one night's room rent.
- Cancellations of tour groups entail retention of one night's room rent if cancelled less than 7 days prior to the date of arrival.
- All International reservations need to be guaranteed with a valid Master, Visa or American Express credit card.
